These questions form the basis of the rating in the next section:

1) Does the company or any member of its supply chain have a record of employing forced or involuntary labor - including child or prison labor - in any form within the last 5 years?

2) Does the company have a record of discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation, or age within the last 5 years?

3) Does company compensation to full-time workers include minimum basic benefits and a living wage?

4) The previous questions are required to get to level 4. For companies that attain level 4, each of the conditions listed below are worth increases in the product score.
